Thank you for shopping with CHI. We strive to ensure that your order is processed and shipped as quickly as possible. Below is our shipping policy for the Netherlands and Belgium:
1. Order Processing Time
- Orders are processed within 1-3 business days (Monday-Friday, excluding holidays).
- Please note that orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed on the next business day.
2. Shipping Costs
- Shipping to the Netherlands: €6,95
- Shipping to Belgium: €9,99
3. Shipping Methods and Delivery Times
We offer the following shipping methods:
- PostNL Standard Shipping: 1-3 business days (Netherlands)
- DHL Standard Shipping: 1-3 business days (Netherlands and Belgium)
Delivery times may vary depending on the destination and carrier.
4. Shipping Locations
- We currently ship to the Netherlands and Belgium using PostNL and DHL.
- If you are located outside these regions, please contact us for alternative shipping solutions.
5. Order Tracking
- Once your order has shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email. You can use this tracking number to monitor the progress of your shipment.
6. Shipping Delays
- While we make every effort to ensure timely delivery, we are not responsible for delays caused by the carrier or external factors (e.g., weather, customs, etc.).
7. Lost or Damaged Shipments
- If your order is lost or damaged during shipping, please contact us within 7 days of the expected delivery date. We will work with the carrier to resolve the issue.
8. Address Accuracy
- Please ensure that the shipping address is accurate before submitting your order. We are not responsible for delays or lost shipments due to incorrect or incomplete addresses.

RETURN POLICY
At CHI, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you're not fully happy with your order, we offer a 14-day return policy.
How to Request a Return:
We have a 14 day return policy. To be able to make a return, you must notify us within 14 days of receiving your order at info@chiofficiall.com with the following details:
- Your full name
- Your order number
Please wait for confirmation from our team before sending your item back.
Return Conditions:
To be eligible for a return, your item must:
- Be unused, unworn, unwashed, and in original condition
- Have the original hangtag attached
- Be returned in the original packaging, including any pouches or protective coverings
- Include a valid receipt or proof of purchase
Please note that items returned without fulfilling these conditions or without initiating a return request will not be accepted.
Non-Returnable Items:
We cannot accept returns if:
- More than 14 days have passed since delivery
- The item has been worn, washed, or shows signs of use
- The original hangtag is missing
- The item was marked as Final Sale or non-returnable at purchase
- The item shows excessive wear and tear or damage from misuse
- No valid proof of purchase or completed return request is provided
Return Shipping Costs:
You will be responsible for paying your own shipping costs when returning your item.
- Shipping costs are non-refundable.
- If you receive a refund, the original shipping fee will not be included in the refund amount.
Refunds:
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you if your refund has been approved.
- If approved, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method.
- If approved, your refund will be processed within 7 business days. Please note that there often is a processing time at the bank.
Care Disclaimer:
We do not provide any guarantees on items after washing.
- Any issues that arise after washing (such as shrinkage, fading, or damage) are the responsibility of the customer.
- Please follow the care instructions provided with your garment to maintain its quality.
